You may use Navioa for family safety, personal safety, pets, personal devices, and other authorized location-sharing use cases.

Navioa is for voluntary, parent-authorized, or owner-authorized safety location sharing. Use it only for trackers you own, manage, or are authorized to view.
No covert tracking, stalking, or unauthorized monitoring.
Parents or guardians are responsible for child tracker setup and access.
Location may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate.
You may use Navioa for family safety, personal safety, pets, personal devices, and other authorized location-sharing use cases.
If Navioa is used for a child, a parent or guardian is responsible for setup, pairing, permissions, and viewer access.
Pairing codes should be shared only with trusted family viewers.
You may not use Navioa for covert tracking, stalking, harassment, surveillance without authorization, unlawful monitoring, or any use that violates privacy, safety, school, workplace, or local laws.
Location can be delayed, unavailable, inaccurate, or interrupted by device settings, battery, cellular coverage, GPS conditions, operating system limits, or service outages.
Navioa is not an emergency service.
You are responsible for protecting your account and pairing codes. The tracked device can stop sharing or reset pairing. Viewers can unpair trackers from their own account.
We may update these terms as Navioa changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
