Trust & privacy
Who can follow a journey, what an update means, and how to manage what stays. These are part of the product, not an afterthought.
Family access is managed through pairing and group permissions. Invite deliberately, check your group’s members and remove access when it is no longer needed.
Supported phone and watch trackers show their sharing state, and you can stop an active session. A dedicated tracker follows settings the parent controls, and history shows when each report was made. Last-known locations and history can remain until handled through the applicable controls.

A map marker is a reported position, not a guarantee of where someone is now. Check its timestamp, sharing state and accuracy context before relying on it.
Completed routes and alert history default to seven days. Owners and admins can manage supported retention options and review history purges.
The current beta uses Navioa-managed cloud services. Authorized operators and service providers process data to operate and support the service. It is not customer-owned storage, and we do not describe it as inaccessible to the developer.
